About EC Energy

EC Energy (Pty) Ltd is the next chapter for the team formerly known as AllSolar Addo, with the same founders, the same technical track record across residential, agricultural and commercial installs, the same number, and the same address in Addo. What's changed is the name and the ambition behind it. The "EC" stands for Eastern Cape, home base, and where the reputation was built install by install since 2018. It's not the only place we work anymore; the new name reflects a business that has outgrown its previous group affiliation and is ready to operate on its own terms, at a wider scale. We design and deliver renewable power infrastructure for homes, farms and businesses, starting in the Eastern Cape and built to go further. That means backup power systems that switch before you notice the outage, off-grid installations sized to a farm's actual daily load rather than a generic package, and grid-tied solar that pays for itself against rising Eskom tariffs.
